Are you looking for something different, something far more powerful than basic coaching? My 5 principles of Alternative Leadership are a tried and tested methodology that works. Why? Because, unlike standard leadership coaches, I am a qualified therapist, coach, and mediator as well. I also have experience with parents and relationships. This means that I can offer you a holistic model that not only empowers you to great leadership but keeps all areas of your life in balance at the same time.

Most leaders make the mistake of using just a coach and yet most of the issues that hold us back are deeply emotional. Imposter syndrome, fear of failure, or struggling with conflict, for example, are buried in the unconscious. Did you know that you are run 95% by the unconscious, if yours is full of clutter you will never achieve your best.

I use a unique blend of coaching, therapy, mediation skills, and a huge life experience to enable you to clear your poor beliefs and behaviours. I’ll also boost those things you struggle with as well as enhance those that you excel at even further.
