Private, in-depth 1-2-1 work
This is the core of what I am known for.
For many clients, life looks good on paper, but something feels not quite right. We explore who you are, how you feel, what you think and how you make decisions.
These are often based on the unconscious patterns you have picked up over time and often these need to be cleared and let go so you can be the person you want to be. The rest - relationships, communication, leadership, all change from there. The work flows seamlessly through therapeutic, practical, strategic and leadership work, while we intentionally plan and build a future you love.
This is direct, consistent work over time, most clients choose to work with me for a six -12 month commitment to gain whole life change. I am by your side through the whole process. It is discreet, focused and powerful.
The work is selective, and I only take on clients after an initial conversation to make sure we are a good fit.
This work is bespoke and offered on a limited basis.

You bring what you’re dealing with - a decision, a situation, a conversation, or something that’s not sitting right. We get straight to the point and focus on what’s actually going on, the root of it, and what needs to happen next.

We use this time to revisit your plans and identify anything that’s stopping you and make sure you’re still moving in the right direction.
For more in-depth work, the full-day review is more appropriate.

Your life is fast paced and you carry a lot of responsibility, and rarely get the time to properly step back and focus on yourself or check you are still going in the right direction. This gives you that space.
We use the day to review, in detail, how things are working across your life. We break it down into parts — health, family, relationships, personal leadership and how you’re living day to day. We explore each area closely, before bringing it back together as a whole. We also look at who you are within that. Whether you’re being the version of yourself you want to be, and where that needs to shift.
I will challenge where needed, and we focus on what’s not working as it should, without avoiding the more difficult areas.
From there, we work through what needs to change, emotionally, practically and strategically, so you leave with clear direction and a plan that reflects how you want to live and lead.
There are a small number of written exercises before we begin and three additional 1 hour sessions at 1, 3 and 6 month intervals to make sure your plan is unfolding.
For some, this focuses more on personal life. For others, it leans more into leadership, teams or business. We spend the time where you need it most.

Your mind gets used to the same environments, same way of thinking and the same behaviours. We start to live on repeat and become complacent.
Over time, it stifles creativity and innovation and you begin to run on autopilot. You get away with it, because you’re smart enough to still perform at a high level in this mode. But are you fulfilling who you could be and what you could achieve.
This day is designed to break that.
We step completely outside of your usual environment. This goes beyond a simple change of setting. The day is built around one or two carefully chosen activities, used deliberately to break your usual patterns so you can think and see things differently. Where we are, and what we do, is part of the work.
I’m alongside you throughout, challenging your thinking and asking the right questions. The work follows where it needs to go, whether that’s a specific issue or your life more broadly.
You leave re-energised, decisions made, alert and back on track with a a different way of seeing things.
This day includes a preliminary assessment to plan the day around you, and a check-in one month after to make sure you’re on track.

This is a focused, active session. We define what you want across your life as a whole, and build it into something clear and workable.
We map out the first year in practical, strategic steps, so you leave with clear direction and a plan you can follow to create a future that excites you.

A group of people with different skill sets should work brilliantly together, but in practice it rarely plays out like that.
Teams are, and will always be, complicated, because people are complicated.
Most teams get by, they function, they deliver, but underneath there are often difficult dynamics, personality clashes, emotional baggage, and a reluctance to address conflict. As a leader it takes your time, slows decisions and productivity, and pulls you away from your objectives.
I look at how your team or board actually operates, beneath the surface and define what needs to change - practical, strategic and psychological.
I work closely with you and your team, both individually and as a group. It’s discreet, focused, and designed to handle complexity without disrupting your business.
This work removes the friction, aligns your team, and frees you up to lead properly.
The work is bespoke and therefore priced individually. I am selective about the teams and boards I work with, so we begin with a conversation to assess fit.

This is a focused diagnostic and reflective session to step back and look at your team and your leadership. What are the dynamics and pressure points.
It gives you time to pause, reflect and make sure things are on track and identify where they are not.
Often used by previous clients (either as individuals or a team) as a quarterly review but equally useful as a starting point to understand what’s really going on in your team.

When we work in groups, we bring our individual styles of communication, our values and ethics, life experiences and our judgements, with us. This is a problem when we are working with other we may not choose as friends or agree with.
This training opens up our thinking to understand how the human mind works and why we miscommunicate and get into conflict. It also gives you models and tools to understand yours and other behaviour. It helps you to open up your communication and prevent or manage conflict in the future.
A powerful course that impacts your personal life just as much as your professional life.
The work is structured but after discussion with you about your needs. I create a bespoke sessions to your requirements. Let’s start with an initial conversation.

This is for those who will be responsible for mentoring others and want to make sure it’s a valuable and productive relationship. It can also be used for those already mentoring to sharpen their skills.
Going deeper than most mentor programmes, we look at the psychology, language and structure of what it takes to be an effective mentor, what to share and what not to. We also focus on what you want to get out of the process, so it is valuable for both sides.
We look at how to manage the relationship over time, reviews, contracting, closing and knowing when to step back or signpost elsewhere.
This includes follow-up supervision session/s to reflect on your performance and feedback from your mentees, either as individuals or a group.

Retreats and small group masterminds
A small number of carefully curated days and small group experiences, designed for those who want to step out of the day-to-day, think differently, and be in the right room.
Some focus on leadership and business alongside other senior leaders. Others are more personal, offering space to step back and think about your life more broadly.
Numbers are intentionally kept small.
